Free graph paper and grid drawing routes to print
No printer? You don’t need one.
Brainy Grid dictates the route into an ordinary squared notebook — there is nothing to print out to get started, and we mean that on the home page. The sheets below are for the other case: the notebook is not at hand, a four-year-old needs bigger squares, a second child wants a page of their own. Spare paper, not a requirement. What a printed sheet still cannot do is call the route out loud and check the finished drawing — that part is the app.

Plain squared paper
A page of 5 mm squares with every fifth line stronger — the ruling of a school notebook and nothing else on it. Print it when the notebook is not at hand: for a trip, for a second child, to replace a page that went wrong. Anything can be drawn on it, including the routes below.

Six drawing routes
A page per drawing: the starting dot is marked and the route is written out in arrows. Read one step at a time — three squares right, one diagonal up — while your child counts the squares and draws the line. The answer sheet holds all six finished shapes, numbered to match, for checking at the end.

Print at full size — “Actual size”, not “Fit to page”. Ten squares should measure exactly 50 mm.
Want more than paper?
The sheets are the drawing on its own. The app is what turns it into practice you can follow:
